A new way to experience personal improvement. Enjoy the beautiful, state of the art Yoga and Tai-Chi movement studio, along with cozy areas to have a cup of tea and just hang out. You set the agenda: take a yoga class, read a book, attend a workshop, enjoy a recital. Be inspired!

Location: Lake Gregory
Meet in the parking lot on the south side of the lake. Parking is per hour and not included in class price. Ektenos instructors will be waiting for your group near the lake. Sign up using the link on Ektenos.org and fill out the waiver before coming to class.
